This notice explains how Brook Studios handles the personal data you share through the contact form on this website, in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What we collect
The name, email address, company or brand, project type, budget range and message you enter in the form.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request, prepare a quote and talk with you about your project, based on your consent and your request to enter into a contract. It is never added to marketing lists or sold.
Who receives it
Form messages are delivered through email and form service providers (e.g. Google, Web3Forms), whose servers may be located outside Turkey. It is not shared with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Data is deleted within a reasonable time once the conversation ends. If a project starts, it is kept for the duration of the project and any legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask whether your data is processed, and request that it be corrected or deleted, or object to its processing, by writing to brookstudio.ai@gmail.com.
